No physical products are shipped.

  • Email to the address provided at checkout, and/or
  • Any other communication method agreed upon during the order process

Please ensure that your contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.


Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Starter Plan (1 Week): Within 24–48 hours after receiving all required client information
  • Standard Plan (1 Month): Within 48–72 hours after receiving all required client information
  • Premium Plan (3 Months): Within 72–96 hours after receiving all required client information

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Completeness of client-submitted information
  • Complexity of customization
  • Volume of active orders

Client Responsibility

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Submit all required questionnaires and details promptly
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to clarification requests if needed

Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not the responsibility of HealthifyPlans.com.


Follow-Ups & Ongoing Support

For plans that include follow-ups, check-ins, or consultations:

  • Support will be provided as outlined in the selected package
  • Communication timelines will be scheduled after initial delivery

Missed sessions or unresponsive communication from the client may result in forfeiture of that support without compensation.


Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your diet plan within the stated timeframe after submitting all required information, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-delivery due to technical errors or system issues will be addressed promptly.


No Refunds for Delays

As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, minor delivery delays do not qualify for refunds. All services remain non-refundable.
